第22届潍坊国际风筝会将于2005年4月20日在世界风筝都潍坊举行。在此期间将举行风筝会开幕式大型文艺演出，万人风筝放飞表演，首届世界风筝锦标赛，全国风筝锦标赛，潍坊风筝大赛，风筝会颁奖仪式---暨大型焰火晚会，百名市长论坛，全国旅游商品展览交易会，潍坊市首届旅游节及经贸洽谈会。
现在我们竭诚邀请您来潍坊参加本届风筝会，我们将提供您和您的代表队（不超过8人）在潍坊5天（从2005年4月19日至2005年4月23日）的食，宿及交通费用。另外，我们将在青岛，济南，北京，潍坊的机场及潍坊火车站进行接站工作。本届风筝会期间，我们还将向您提供1名翻译。总之，我们将尽最大的努力提供令您满意的服务。下面是首届世界风筝锦标赛的日程安排：
4月19日：全天报到；
4月20日：上午，报到；
下午，16：00参加第22届潍坊国际风筝会开幕式，暨《同一首歌》走进世界风筝都大型文艺演出；
4月21日：上午，8：00—11：30，万人风筝放飞表演；
下午，13：30，首届世界风筝锦标赛；
4月22日：上午，8：30—11：00，首届世界风筝锦标赛；
下午，2：00—16：30，首届世界风筝锦标赛；
4月23日：上午，参观风筝博物馆，杨家埠艺术大观园，观赏中国茶艺表演；
下午，16：30，第22届潍坊国际风筝会颁奖仪式，暨大型焰火晚会。
4月24日：全部离会。

Dear Mr./Ms.
The 22nd Weifang International Kite Festival will be held in Weifang, the kite capital of the world on Apr.20, 2005. On that occasion, there will be the grand Opening Ceremony, Ten-thousand-people Kite-flying Performance, the 1st world Kite Championship Contest, National kite Championship Contest, Weifang Kite-flying Competition, grand Fireworks Show Evening for the Prize-giving Ceremony, Weifang Forum for Hundred-mayor, China Tourism goods Fair, the 1st Weifang Tourism Festival and Economic & Trade talks.
We sincerely invite you to come and join us then. We will afford you and your team (limit 8 members each team at most) all the meals, foods and traffic charge during your 5-day (from Apr.19-Apr.23,2005) stay in Weifang. Besides that, we will meet you and pick you up at the airports of Qingdao, Jinan, Beijing, Weifang and Weifang Railway Station. And we will supply you an interpreter during your stay here. In a word, we will try our best to offer satisfying service to you. Here is the arranged schedule of the 1st World Kite Championship Contest:
Apr.19, 2005: Arrive in Weifang and Register;
Apr.20, morning: Register;
afternoon: 16:00, Opening Ceremony of the 22nd Weifang International Kite Festival and the Theatrical Performance for the Festival;
Apr.21, morning: 8:00---11:30,
Ten-thousand-people Kite-flying Performance;
afternoon: 13:30, the 1st World Kite Championship Contest;
Apr.22, morning: 8:30---11:00, the 1st World Kite Championship Contest;
afternoon: 14:00---16:30, the 1st World Kite Championship Contest;
Apr.23, morning: Tourism;
afternoon: 16:30, Prize-giving Ceremony of the 1st World Kite Championship Contest and the grand Fireworks Show Evening;
Apr.24: Leave Weifang.
